A tangled at first then swanky replaced my bundles and it was well worth it
Honestly I was looking forward to purchasing from Swanky Chic Hair because they're New York based and wanted to support my hometown. However this Peruvian Loose Wave it did tangle after I washed ..But I contacted the company and they were so nice and professional they were eager to replaced my bundles with no problem and I am on my 3rd install with no problems. ladies read that hair care tab it helps
